Shipment

We ship directly from our headquarters in Unterpleichfeld. Shipping is done with DHL or Hermes, among others. We assume liability for the content until the package is handed over. In the event of damage or incomplete packages, please write us a message immediately or give us a call. Delivery time takes up to 14 days international.

Of course you can also pick up your order from us free of charge. To do this, select "Pick up in Gerbrunn" at the checkout. We will inform you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

1. The customer must request the return within 14 days after receiving the goods.

2. All returned items must be in their original condition and with the original tags.

3. The return must be in the original packaging.

4. Return shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to the seller.

6. If the goods are damaged or incomplete when returned, the seller reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement.

7. The customer will receive a refund once the seller has received and checked the goods.

8. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not returned within the allotted time.
